Snip & Clip Clinics (Cat-Slot Scheduling)

Our clinic scheduling engine tracks actual cat surgery slots rather than people (one booking for 4 cats reserves 4 cat slots), blocks overbooking automatically, and backfills the waitlist if a slot is cancelled.

How Clinic Slots Work: Eligibility Review → Priority Invite → Confirmed Cat Slots (or Waitlist) → 72h & 24h Reminders → Attendance → Surgery & Rabies Document Reconciliation. Final event capacity and program contribution details are confirmed directly by your coordinator upon approval.

How humane community cat care works

Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return (TNVR) helps prevent future litters while allowing unsocialized community cats to return to their familiar outdoor homes. Each situation deserves a thoughtful plan.

  1. Understand the situation. Tell us about the cats, their location, and any urgent concerns.
  2. Learn before trapping. Trap School and trusted educational resources can help you understand safe preparation, equipment, veterinary arrangements, and return.
  3. Choose your next step. Ask about caregiver intake, available community resources, and possible trap lending. Equipment and support depend on capacity and eligibility.
