Carolina Street Cats, Inc. (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This notice explains what information we collect when you use CarolinaStreetCats.org, interact with our automated guide Sandy, or submit a request for Trap School, Snip & Clip clinics, or equipment checkout.

Information we collect

• Contact and role details you voluntarily provide (name, email, optional phone, county, and caregiver/volunteer/borrower roles).
• Case, colony, Trap School, clinic cat-slot, and equipment loan records (restricted colony addresses are role-protected and never shown publicly).
• Donation-related details processed by third-party nonprofit platforms such as Zeffy and Patreon.

Communications & SMS/Voice Consent

• Service emails are used to coordinate your request, clinic slots, or equipment loan.
• Optional SMS or automated voice calls (Sandy) are sent only with explicit opt-in. Reply STOP to any text or say “stop” on any automated call to opt out immediately. Consent is never a condition of service or donation.

Sharing & Segregation

We do not sell your personal information. Carolina Street Cats nonprofit records are kept strictly separate from commercial consulting ventures. Relevant program data may be coordinated with Union County partnership staff when part of a joint event.
